Hong Kong – April 23, 2013 – The combat-oriented MMORPG, Conquer Online, has expanded its PvP action, yet again! This time, by adding a brand new match mode – the Champion’s Arena!
Different from the other PvP options, CO’s Champion’s Arena has tightened restrictions on gear, as well as character stats at every level, providing all of the aspiring champions an equal chance to win. Everyone needs to battle their way to the top, no matter how powerful they have become, which means skill and strategy will become the most important weapon when you step through those gates!
The fights are 1 on 1, and both fighters will earn points for their performance in battle. When you gain enough points, you can move up to the next level and unlock more of your powers to fight against stronger opponents.
The Champion’s Arena is also one of the most rewarding events in Conquer Online. With the points earned from the fights, players can also pick up valuable items from the Arena Store. So as you make your way to Level 7, you can compose your own set of powerful equipment with the items you win!
To join the Champion’s Arena, download Conquer Online and play for free!

I would have to say that this is certainly the age of the gamer. There are so many different types of games these days, and such a wide variety of people playing them, that it’s hard not to someone playing something. So what are your favorite games? Where do you spend your time? Here’s where I’ve been spending mine.
Browser based games – I haven’t started playing any poker sites for money yet, there is only one browser based game that I have been playing, and it’s Glitch. Even though the game is being brought back to its beta stages in order to further development, the game is still a huge hit with me.
PC based games – as always the largest number of games I’m playing happen to be for the pc. These include Skyrim, Sims 3 (pets is a fantastic expansion), World of Warcraft, EverQuest II, and a few others that are not constants but are still on my desktop (there’s a good 15 titles in that category depending on my whims). I filtered to and from League of Legends for a little while, but it got a tad bit frustrating to me. Magicka was the same way.
Mobile Gaming – these games always have a hard time trying to keep my attention. I really like bejeweled for some strange reason that I can’t even pinpoint, but I don’t enjoy angry birds at all. Plants vs. Zombie is a great title, and I actually have it on my PC now thanks to a generous Christmas gift. My ipad and iphone are almost empty of any games, I seem to prefer using those systems for organizational tools and media. If you know of any mobile games that I may enjoy, please feel free to let me know in comments! I’m especially fond of RPG games, although I have been known to play a few other types as well.
All About Eve:
Players will soon have the option to use a brand new character while battling through the thrilling dungeons and formidable bosses of side-scrolling massively multiplayer online (MMO) game Elsword. Launching on November 23, melee combat queen, Eve, will be live in-game to lend her unique brand of fighting to Elsword players.
Rather than relying on old standbys such as swords and bows, Eve breaks the mold by calling upon large and small robotic guardians to fight for her. Eve also stays out of harm’s way by utilizing strong fighting skills and employing sneaky attacks, such as summoning her guardian Oberon to warp in to her defense. Chaining together Eve’s distinctive assaults, players can exercise her ability to convert HP into MP, giving her more frequent access to special features such as invisibility cloaking, for a brief but powerful advantage over opponents. Gamers looking for a head-to-head challenge also can try Eve out in player-versus-player (PvP) gameplay. In addition to her longer-range basic strike capabilities, Eve boasts solid combos and a double-jump skill, which may come in handy during intense one-on-one skirmishes.
“Based on the massive popularity of Eve in overseas iterations of Elsword, it was important to us that North American players also had the chance to experience the game through such an extraordinary character,” said Ben Colayco, CEO of Kill3rCombo. “A rarity in most action MMOs, Eve’s one-of-a-kind style is not only unlike any playable character out there, but is also indicative of future characters and original experiences that will elevate Elsword to the next level.”
In Elsword, players can choose from five specialized and customizable characters, including the newly-added Eve, as they explore immersive maps and battle to complete dynamic quests. As gamers progress through the game, they will have the opportunity to evolve their fighting styles by upgrading to new job classes and watching as their chosen character matures and gains more abilities and combos. With intuitive and straightforward controls, Elsword offers players of all skill levels the chance to defeat enemies and deal damage, either on a solo mission or cooperatively in a party of up to four players. For those who welcome a challenge, Elsword also delivers action-packed player-versus-player (PvP) combat.
